VILLA DELPHIA (holiday villa Cyprus)
The ground floor is entirely open plan with 4 sets of patio doors leading on to terraces to the front and rear gardens giving a spacious airy feel to the property. A ground floor guest cloakroom leads off the entrance hall.
There are 2 sitting areas, one with satellite TV. And DVD. player and comfortable traditional sofas around a Georgian style fireplace, and the other has deep modern rattan furniture set around a large coffee table.

The dining area focuses around a pretty French style oval table and is conveniently next to the kitchen area with smart black granite worktops. The kitchen is well appointed having an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. There is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and dressing area and en-suite shower room (double sized shower) plus 2 further twin bedrooms each having an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have double patio doors leading on to balconies with either sea or mountain views and are exquisitely furnished.
All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and fly screens are fitted where necessary. |

The large landscaped garden has lawns around a beautiful 10m. X 5m. swimming pool with graded steps for easy access and pool shower.
A large iroko table and matching chairs sit on the terrace as does a circular granite coffee/breakfast table and 2 large sun umbrellas. 6 sun loungers provide beds for sun bathing and there is also a BBQ.

We stayed at Villa Delphia in mid November and had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious and luxurious, with a light airy feel everywhere. With three en suite bedrooms and a variety of indoor sitting areas, we found it the perfect place to relax. The sun shone brilliantly each day and as there are several different outdoor areas for sitting out we were able to take advantage of meals al fresco at all times of the day. Go there!

We all (6) thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight at your lovely home in Cyprus. For two teenage kids (16) & (19) to give it the WOW!! factor is praise indeed, so much so they were more that happy just to hang about the villa.
There is no doubt we may well return in the future.
